1.国内领事认证中的“单认证”
所谓国内领事认证中的“单认证”，是指我国内出具的涉外公证/书或商业文书拟送往国外使用前，办-理好我国外交部领事司或其授权的地方外办的领事认证后，文书使用国告知，无需办-理该国驻华使领馆的领事认证，文书使用国即可接受该文书。这通常被叫做“单认证”。
2.国内领事认证中的“双认证”
所谓“双认证”，是指我国涉外公证或商业文书在送国外使用前，办好我国外交部领事司或其授权的地方外办的领事认证后，还需按文书使用国要求办-理该国驻华使领馆的领事认证，方可被文书使用国接受。这通常被叫做“双认证”。
3.如何知道要办-理单认证还是双认证
一般情况下，应按照有关驻华使领馆和文书使用国的要求办-理单认证或双认证。

The consular certification of the Chineseembassy in China can be accepted by the country using the document.This is usually called "dual authentication".
